BENEFITS

A group practicing together creates a mystical field, a field of grace. The Sanskrit name for that is “satsung” or being in the company of the wise. At Mind Body SHE, our mission and intention is to create monthly women's circle satsung meetings as a place for midlife career women to connect with each, share information and resources about spirituality, productivity, and creativity and to support each other as we seek both personal and professional goals.

WHO WE ARE

Angeline White Co-founder Mind Body SHE

Angeline White

Cofounder

Angeline is the co-founder of Mind Body She.  She has built her career over the last 27 years as a certified public accountant servicing clients in the MD, DC, VA area.  She is a partner for a regional accounting firm in Maryland.  Upon reaching her business success, Angeline came to recognize that women embrace the work experience in a very different way than the male counterpart.  One being the need to bring together the mind, the body and the sense of spiritual balance/self.   She brings a deeply held passion for supporting women in their process of mind, body and self.  Her vision is to provide a forum for women in their career path to find their voice, their passion and help them through their process of mind, body and self through a nurturing networking/discussion forum.  Angeline lives in Parkton with her husband, a 17 year old daughter, and two dogs.  Her son is a college student at the University of Florida.

“My children have always been a big motivation in my reach for success.  Monetarily to provide for them as well as to set an example for them.  With them now at a point of being self-sufficient, my career is now something a new for me and my aspirations for success comes from a different place.  It is an interesting process to reassess and embark on”. - Angeline, 2018

Cara Moulds Co-founder Mind Body SHE

Cara Moulds

Co-founder

Cara is a co-founder of Mind Body SHE.  She has built her career over the last 27 years in education as a former National Board Certified English teacher and high school administrator. At the height of her career success, she suddenly found herself wondering "Why am I doing all of this?" A lifelong spiritual seeker and personal development junkie, she embarked on her own Heroine's Journey to redefine success on her own terms.  She currently works as a career coach for high school students, a writer, and a spiritual coach for awakening midlife career women feeling called to reconnect to their soul and jumpstart their creativity.  After a lifetime of goal-setting to achieve accomplishments and promotions while raising kids and prioritizing families, midlife career women suddenly realize they feel disconnected from their Inner Self and their Divine Feminine wisdom. Just when they finally have time to focus on themselves, they don't know what their passions are anymore or how to be creative. Cara's passion is creating satsung space for women to connect with each other, to share information and resources about creativity, spirituality, and productivity, and to support each other on our individual Heroine's Journeys back to our own Inner Wisdom, creative expression, and legacy work.

After living on a horse farm in Marriottsville, MD for 20 years, Cara downsized three years ago and moved to Silo Point in downtown Baltimore, where she and her husband are loving life as almost-empty-nesters (with their 22 year old son).
